How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (spring and fall). Popular dates fill quickly, and early booking ensures you get your preferred date and allows ample time to design your custom cocktail menu.

Question 2

What is your service area?

Accepted Answer

We serve the greater Northeast Florida region including Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Fleming Island, Orange Park, Amelia Island, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for events beyond 30 miles from Jacksonville.

Question 3

Do you require a deposit to hold my date?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.

Question 4

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans change. Rescheduling is accommodated based on availability at no additional charge when requested more than 60 days out. Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the full balance. We strongly recommend event insurance for peace of mind.

Question 5

Do you provide the alcohol?

We offer both full-service (alcohol included) and dry-hire (bartending only) options. Full-service packages include all spirits, wines, mixers, and garnishes. Dry-hire is ideal if your venue provides alcohol or if you prefer to purchase your own. We'll discuss what works best for your event and budget during your consultation.

Can I customize the cocktail menu?

Absolutely — and it's one of our favorite parts of the process. Every package includes a pre-event consultation where we design a signature cocktail menu tailored to your theme, color palette, flavor preferences, and guests. From a blush rosé spritz to a custom-named signature drink, we make it uniquely yours.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Yes! We always include elevated mocktail options and non-alcoholic beverages so every guest feels celebrated. Our mocktails are crafted with the same care and presentation as our cocktails — beautiful, flavorful, and Instagram-worthy.

Question 8

Are your bartenders licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Élan Rosé Bar staff are TIPS-certified (Training for Intervention ProcedureS), and we carry full general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for your venue.

Question 9

What is included in each package?

Accepted Answer

Each package is designed to scale with your event size and vision. The Rosé ($400) covers intimate gatherings up to 50 guests with classic cocktail service. The Signature Élan ($750) is our most popular option for 50–100 guests with a custom cocktail menu and full bar setup. The Grand ($1,500) is our all-inclusive luxury production for 100+ guests with premium spirits, champagne tower, and full décor. Full inclusions are detailed on our Packages page.

Can I add a Rosé Wall or Champagne Tower to any package?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our signature add-ons — including the Rosé Wall (+$350), Champagne Tower, Floral Bar Décor, and Branded Glassware — can be added to any package. These are especially popular for weddings and bridal showers and are best booked at least 4 weeks in advance.

Do you offer packages for smaller, intimate events?

Absolutely. Our Rosé package is designed for gatherings of up to 50 guests and is perfect for bridal showers, birthday dinners, baby showers, and intimate celebrations. We also offer custom quotes for micro-events — just reach out and we'll create something perfect.

Question 12

What do you need from the venue?

Accepted Answer

We are fully self-contained and bring everything needed for bar service. We ask for a 10×10 ft minimum space for the bar setup, access to a water source (or we can bring our own), and a power outlet for lighting. We'll coordinate directly with your venue coordinator to ensure a seamless setup.

Question 13

How long does setup and breakdown take?

Accepted Answer

Setup typically takes 1.5–2 hours before your event begins, and breakdown takes approximately 45 minutes. These times are factored into our arrival window and do not count against your service hours.

Question 14

Can you set up outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes — many of our most beautiful events have been outdoors. We ask that a covered or shaded area be available to protect our equipment and staff. For outdoor summer events in Florida, we also recommend a tent or canopy for guest comfort.
